Motor Applications

For offshore platforms and floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) facilities GE offers synchronous generators for power generation. Induction or synchronous centrifugal compressor motors with low inrush designs are available. This also applies to many types of pump motors such as sea water lift, water injection and various high pressure pumps.
